Jean-Renaud Cuaz, Partner & Publisher

Benefiting from multidisciplinary experience acquired in Chicago and Paris in communication, graphic and typographic design, Jean-Renaud founded the editorial label Audasud in 2020, with the objective of designing and creating innovative content and as key words, audacity and the south. In 2024, L’An Demain Éditions is joining Audasud with a catalog of regional publications by authors attached to their heritage.


Jean-Renaud publishes the Audasud Cultural Bulletin since 2021 and the Automn’Halles Literary Bulletin since 2022, two online monthly letters. He runs the Audasud blog and publishes his own works.

Frédérique Thureau, Partner & Editorialist

As co-founder of Audasud, Frédérique helps structure Audasud's development projects. She believes in the vitality of local initiatives and in the co-creation from the territory of initiatives that bring meaning and good living.


For 4 years, she supported associations on their development model, particularly in Île de France, and she contributed to the revaluation of textiles and clothing in different European regions. Frédérique is also a consultant in strategic marketing and sustainable innovation for start-ups and SMEs.

Michael Cuaz, Partner

Michael has deep experience planning special events in Chicago and a natural commitment to helping and growing relationships. She grew up in Connecticut and attended Ohio University.


She is an active member of the American Women's Group in Paris (AWG Paris) and Montpellier (AWG Languedoc-Roussillon). Michael hosts the weekly English-speaking Coffee Chat in Sète where she lives.
